Shipping is calculated based on method of carrier service. Small orders can be shipped via not tracked mail on request when you place your order. Please note: special requests for not tracked mail services means that you waive your right to recourse should the package be lost. Our processing time to ship, Monday to Friday during non-holiday season, is 24 hours provided that the shipping & billing addresses are the same.  Expect delays if shipping address is different than billing address. You will receive a confirmation notice once the order is shipped with tracking information, if applicable. All orders that are shipped within the state of Georgia are charged Sales Tax, as required by law.Embroidery Design Delivery: For embroidery design downloads, we provide instant download once the order process has been completed.  You will receive an email within minutes containing download information to retrieve your designs. Embroidery Deduper Software Delivery: Embroidery Deduper orders are fulfilled within 24-48 hours. Returns are accepted under the following conditions: Product & product packaging must be undamaged and in sell-able condition. There is a 15% re-stocking fee and we do not refund any shipping costs. Within 30 days of receipt except for Embroidery Designs, CD Tutorials and Software. Due to the nature of technology, we do not provide refunds on: Embroidery Designs, CD Tutorials and Software but do offer exact replacement for defective product within 14 days of purchase.

Should your order be damaged during shipment, we will require an inspection by the carrier. If you notice shipment damage, bring it to the attention of the shipper promptly. Leave the items in the box or container as found and contact us directly. We will replace all damaged goods with the same products.
